We process your data to provide you with a safe and health-friendly tattooing service in our salon.
We carry out video surveillance and process your personal data when you visit our salon for your personal safety as well as for the safety of our employees, customers and property. Video surveillance is carried out according to strict security and privacy rules, using modern technology and equipment. When you visit our salon, your video image and the time of your visit may be processed. Video surveillance is not carried out in rooms where you might expect increased privacy, and informative stickers are placed in places where video surveillance is carried out.
We store and record incoming and outgoing correspondence for the purposes of meeting our legitimate interests and/or fulfilling contractual obligations.

How do we obtain your personal data?
We collect the personal data you provide, which you provide to us before receiving the service – by phone, in person or by filling out a survey questionnaire, during the provision of the service or after receiving the service, as well as when you visit our salon (video surveillance) and our website (subscribing to receive news).

Recipients of your personal data are tattoo artists, salon employees, processors authorized by us to process your personal data. In the cases and procedures specified in the regulatory acts, we can transfer your data to state and local government institutions, law enforcement and supervisory institutions, for the protection of our legitimate interests.
We value your trust, so you can be sure that your data is safe and we do not provide your data to third parties without your consent or other legal basis.
We store personal data within the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA) and are not transferred and processed in non-EU/EEA countries

All personal data obtained from you is stored as long as you use our services, or until you withdraw your consent if your personal data is processed on this basis. A longer period of storage of personal data is permitted to meet legal requirements for the minimum period of storage of documents or information or to protect our legitimate interests.
We will keep your completed survey questionnaires for 2 (two) years in accordance with MK regulations No. 182 “Regulations on hygiene requirements for the provision of tattooing and piercing services and special requirements for tattooing products”.
The length of time we retain personal data may be based on our mutual agreement, our legitimate interests, or applicable laws and regulations that we must comply with.
Once the retention period has ended, we will securely delete your personal data or make it inaccessible (archiving) or de-identifiable so that it can no longer be linked to you.

We undertake to make every effort to ensure the correctness and completeness of your personal data, showing you as precisely as possible how to enter your data correctly and completely.
We have taken all the necessary measures to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent it from being unreasonably disclosed to third parties.
In the event of an incident of your data security, if it will create the highest possible risk for your rights and freedoms, we will notify you, if possible, or the information will be made public on our website or in another possible way.
We recommend that you follow the general safety rules for computer and Internet use, as well as the requirements for the protection and storage of your private data (especially personal identification documents).
